The renovation project is in its final stages of completion and coming together very well.   A few siding and trim items need to be completed to finish up the exterior.  We used a light and dark gray color scheme with white soffits and fascia to create contrast.  The south and east facing double hung windows create a light filled first floor

We again used reclaimed wood from the house to create a master bedroom panelled bed wall. Additional built-in on the sides provide more storage options.  The cathedral type ceiling in the master bedroom and some tall double-hung windows help to create a  spacious, light-filled volume. 

The open kitchen has maple base cabinets, glass wall cabinets, open shelving, white subway tile with stainless appliances and brushed chrome hardware.  White corian countertops will be installed for two of the counter tops and a stained butcher block counter will be used along the west kitchen wall.  

 We have a few days left of finishing, staging and cleaning the house.  Then we'll do the staging and photographs.  5454 West Warwick should be listed on the MLS in a week or two.
